Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and product roadmap creation, focusing on system modernization and migration from legacy to up-to-date platforms.
Drive product development and system evolution through agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and human-centered design.
Leverage data management expertise to ensure data quality and integrity during system migrations.
Foster robust stakeholder collaboration to align product initiatives with business objectives and end-user needs.
Apply product management skills to define features, prioritize backlogs, and drive value delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks in product development and system evolution.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.




Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in product visioning and strategy, specifically with system modernization and legacy migration.
Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and tools (Jira/Rally).
Comprehensive knowledge of modern full-stack software engineering tools and languages (GCP, Tekton/Cloudbuild, APIC, APIM/Apigee, Sonar Qube, 42Crunch, React, Java).
Experience with SRE Tools, Monitoring and Observability, and Data Engineering is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and business partners.
Self-motivated with a solid inclination towards researching current technologies.
