DESCRIPTIONJob Summary Responsible for daily completion of production processes within a work area, operational department, operational Support area, or technical domain. Ensures areas of responsibilities meet SCC/Plant standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Job Responsibilities Performance Indicator
Production- Food production engineers oversee the electrical and mechanical needs of the equipment and machinery required in the process of manufacturing food or beverages. They strive to maximise plant productivity by engaging in preventive actions in reference to health and safety, positive manufacturing practices (GMP), hygiene compliance, and performance of routine maintenance of machines and equipment.

BASIC QUALIFICATION
Qualification ITI/Diploma Any Graduate in any stream, Bakery Certification Course, BSc. In Hotel Management
Experience 1- 3 years experience
