Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly driven Business Analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency. The candidate needs to work closely with the clients stakeholders, senior BA, and product managers to understand and document requirements in detail.

The person will work as a guide to the team and provide project-level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, design documents, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Solid communication skills with the ability to interact with CxO-level stakeholders.
Ability to understand the business requirements and document the same in detail.
Work closely with the engineering to identify challenges in the implementation of features.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes




Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates
Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business

You Should Have:
Should have an MBA degree.
An experience of 2 to 5 years in IT.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Worked in Agile methodology.
Know Jira or Confluence
Positive to have knowledge or exposure to visualization tools
