Role & responsibilities
Onboard recent customers by coordinating data integration, system configuration, and user training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, operations, and customer success to enhance EDGE Live features and functionality.
Ensure smooth data capture, accuracy, and validation from various plant sources and interfaces.
Customize dashboards and reports to suit customer-specific KPIs (e.g., heat rate, APC, unit load efficiency).
Interface with customers during and after deployment to gather feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
Provide technical insights using plant performance data and remote monitoring tools such as EXACT-SPACE, EBSILON, PADO, or similar platforms.
Utilize Python to automate calculations, integrate data sources,



and improve tool efficiency (preferred).

Preferred candidate profile
Must have experience in power plant operation, Efficiency and performance monitoring.
Familiar with AFBC, PF and WHR Technology.
Python knowing will add advantage
Should have experience in dealing with customer
Manage & develop performance analytical tools that will be used to support plant business decisions for monitoring the heat rate & APC and capability of generating assets.
Added advantage if having experience to analyse plant performance data by using advance remote monitoring software like EXACT-SPACE, EBSILON and PADO (STEAG Software) or any other software.
