Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium.
Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end development processes and frameworks.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Experience working with cloud platforms and agile development practices.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
