Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Team Management & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and inspire software engineers.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a team-oriented, positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and growth.

Project & Product Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
Proactively identify and address roadblocks or challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:
Promote open communication within the engineering team and across departments.
Collaborate with QA, product, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
Provide updates on project status and technical initiatives to stakeholders.
