Role Description The Senior Graphic Design Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves leading the creation of high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media, e-commerce listings, and brand collateral. The Senior Graphic Design Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and account teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts and layouts. Day-to-day tasks include developing branding assets, designing graphics and creatives, managing multiple design projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and providing guidance to junior designers.



The role also requires participating in client discussions, integrating feedback efficiently, and staying current with design trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
Qualifications
Solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Experience in Branding, including developing visual identities, style guides, and cohesive brand assets across digital channels.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
Solid Project Management abilities to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Proven experience in a senior or lead design role within a digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce workplace.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, user-focused design work for web, social media, and digital campaigns.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
