Role Description The Sourcing Associate (Food Department) is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring that sourced food products meet company quality, safety, and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing supplier and market data, preparing and reviewing purchase orders, assisting in contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate sourcing documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as quality assurance, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.



The Sourcing Associate will help build strong vendor relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and overall supply chain performance.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, food technology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple priorities, and use basic office and procurement software tools.
