Own program roadmap, planning, and execution for data engineering and analytics initiatives, including batch/real-time pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, BI, and ML solutions.
Drive large-scale data platform implementations leveraging cloud ecosystems, with a robust focus on GCP and/or Databricks.
Manage a portfolio of projects/programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, quality, risk, and cost.
Lead and mentor TPMs, project managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
Drive Agile transformation and delivery maturity, implementing best practices to enhance speed, predictability, and efficiency.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, particularly in complex, multi-team, and client-facing environments.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure scalable and reusable data solutions.
Own client communication and executive reporting, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.
14–18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery,



with 6+ years in Program Management/TPM roles.
~ Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs in a consulting or client-facing setting.
~ Strong background in data engineering (ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, distributed processing).
~ Mandatory experience with GCP and/or Databricks.
~ Experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Big Query, and related data platform tools.
~ Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled delivery models.
~ Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions, preferably in domains such as Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Healthcare.
~ Experience managing executive-level stakeholders, including client leadership.
~ Robust financial acumen with experience in program budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking.

~ Prior experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting engagements is highly preferred.
