Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager - Recredit to oversee technical evaluations across our PAN India branches. In this critical role, you will be responsible for vetting technical reports prepared by internal and external technical agencies, meticulously checking property valuations through various property portals, and coordinating with team members to resolve any observations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the thorough vetting of technical reports prepared by technical agencies and Internal Technical teams for PAN India Branches.
Shall meticulously check property valuation through various property portals for all properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead the resolution of observations identified during technical evaluations, coordinating effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and adherence to technical standards across all valuation reports.




Provide technical guidance and support to the valuation teams as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical evaluation processes.

Skills Requirement:
Robust expertise in property valuation and technical assessment.
Proficient in using various property portals for valuation checks across India.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve observations in technical reports.
Robust coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Meticulous attention to detail for report vetting and data verification.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
