Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role based in Bhopal. The Admission Counsellor will guide NEET UG and PG aspirants through the entire counseling and admission process, including explaining eligibility criteria, course options, and college selections in India and overseas. Daily responsibilities include meeting and calling prospective students and families, providing accurate information about programs, fees, and timelines, and maintaining organized records of inquiries and applications. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, follow-ups to support conversions, coordinating with internal teams on documentation and application status, and participating in seminars or outreach activities.



The Admission Counsellor is expected to deliver skilled, ethical guidance and maintain high levels of responsiveness and service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to explain complex admission processes clearly and build trust with students and families.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely, helpful support throughout the counseling journey.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and support enrollment targets in a consultative, ethical manner.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Education systems, preferably with knowledge of NEET UG/PG and medical college admission processes in India and abroad.
