Job summary and responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance AM/Manager to manage business

finance and P&L; review of BNPL commerce, credit cards and app monetization. The ideal

candidate will have prior experience in business/operational finance and financial reporting,

ensuring accuracy and timeliness in business operations and robust stakeholder

management skills to drive informed decision-making.

Roles and responsibilities:

 Monitor day-to-day business metrics for reporting and insights

 Coordination with external stakeholders for validation of MIS for revenue and cost

reconciliation

 Prepare accruals for month end close activities

 Support financial planning and analysis activities such annual operating plans,

monthly outlooks etc.





 Prepare MIS reports and summaries for leadership review

 Partnering with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Growth etc) for cost

analysis and review

 Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and SOPs

Qualifications and Skills requirement:

 Postgraduate in Accounting and/or Finance or CA with 5+ years of work experience

with prior business finance experience mandatory

 Proficient in MS Office and Google suite applications

 Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and related tools preferred.

 Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
