The qualified collaborates with different teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, maintaining system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
Solid problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving software issues.
Familiarity with debugging techniques and root cause analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
Good understanding of system architecture and software components interaction.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
