We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client

Relationship Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or specialists with up to two

years of experience who have a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering

exceptional service. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of

contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and issues are resolved.
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Monitor client accounts to identify growth opportunities and propose suitable solutions or services.
Prepare and deliver client performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Actively seek and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.




Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better serve clients.

Skills and Qualifications
Masters degree in Operation, Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of CRM software or willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.

Preferred Attributes
Prior internship or work experience in client servicing or customer relationship roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
