Role Description The Telemarketer role at Decor & Fabricage is a full-time, in office position based in Nilothi ONLY FOR GIRLS OR FEMALES .
The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, explain services, and generate interest in offerings. Daily tasks include building call lists, engaging in clear and courteous conversations, answering basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.

The role involves updating call records, tracking responses,



and sharing customer feedback with colleagues to support continuous improvement. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet call targets, support sales goals, and maintain a professional brand image in every interaction.

Effective communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
Customer service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide helpful, courteous support.
Sales and appointment scheduling abilities to promote products, secure meetings, and support conversion goals.
Basic computer literacy for call logging, CRM updates, and handling digital call lists.
Ability to work on-site in Nilothi near Vikaspuri, Current Delhi manage time effectively, and meet daily call and performance targets.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.

additional training in sales or communication is an advantage.
