Job Description:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software development projects,
ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
* Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders; translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Use business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate requirements;
create transparent functional specifications, data models, and process flows.
* Oversee project artifacts (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories, workflows) with
traceability to business objectives.
* Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, AI tooling
specialists, QA, and operations; optimize resource allocation and performance.
* Ensure SDLC adherence with a focus on AI-enabled development: requirements,
design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Act as a Scrum Master or agile project lead where appropriate; facilitate sprint
ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage changes with governance and
transparent escalation paths.
