Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Sales skilled to drive on-ground business development and product approvals across government hospitals and healthcare institutions in (majorly government hospitals)

This is a fully field-based role requiring strong local market understanding, relationship-building capability, and experience in navigating government healthcare systems

Key Responsibilities
Drive field sales activities across Bengaluru and nearby regions
Visit government hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare centers for product approvals and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, procurement teams, and hospital authorities
Identify opportunities for product placement and expansion within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.




Track market activity, competitor presence, and provide regular field insights.
Ensure consistent follow-through on leads and conversion opportunities
Work independently while aligning with senior leadership on a periodic basis

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in medical device field sales (mandatory)
Solid exposure to government hospital sales / institutional sales
Proven track record in relationship management and on-ground execution
Positive understanding of approval processes within public healthcare systems
Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote/field-first setup
Strong communication and negotiation ski
