About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Suncorp Insurance Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while adhering to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice support in a qualified and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, policies, and services.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Update and maintain customer records accurately in the system.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance metrics.
Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling customer interactions.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in Australia shift timings.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
