Key Responsibilities
DSA Network Management: Recruit, activate, and manage a solid network of DSAs, connectors, and brokers to ensure a steady inflow of business.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets for Home Loans and LAP.
Portfolio Quality: Conduct effective pre-screening and portfolio selection to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and ensure credit quality.
Cross-Selling: Drive the sale of additional ABHFL and Aditya Birla Capital (ABC) products as per branch requirements.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to ensure productive loan processing and compliance.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics.
