Territory Sales Executive (TSE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to join our client's dynamic sales team. The TSE will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share within their assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of FMCG sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, willing to travel, and possess a Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.




Ensure effective product placement and merchandising at retail points.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, territory management, customer relationship management, market analysis, problem-solving.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, resilient, robust work ethic, willingness to travel.

Compensation & Perks:
Competitive salary of ₹50,000 per month.
Daily allowance of ₹500 for Travel and Daily Expenses (TA & DA).
