About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee the recruitment function, drive hiring performance, and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing end-to-end recruitment operations, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Allocate hiring requirements and monitor recruiter workload and productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates while maintaining recruitment standards.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee recruitment planning, resource allocation, and hiring timelines.
Coordinate with external recruitment partners and vendors as required.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.




Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

Required Skills
Proven experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Solid client and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience leading a team.
Experience in recruitment planning, process improvement, and vendor management is an advantage.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a multi-stage interview process, which may include an assessment, technical or functional discussions, and an HR interview.
