Position: Manager – Accounts Payable

Location: Andheri,Mumbai (On-site)

Compensation: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate journal entries, accruals, and timely month-end closing activities.
Monitor payable ageing, cash outflows, and payment schedules.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal financial controls.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.




Prepare MIS reports and identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.

Requirements
6–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a D2C company.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, accruals, and vendor reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
