The Article Assistant will support the team in performing audits, preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, assisting with corporate filings, and contributing to start-up advisory tasks. Responsibilities also include researching and analyzing financial data, ensuring accurate accounting practices,



and supporting the preparation of various corporate and tax documentation.QualificationsStrong understanding of auditing and assurance processes, including related standards and compliance requirementsKnowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the ability to research and analyze financial dataFamiliarity with tax laws, corporate law, and regulations relevant to compliance and filingsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and accounting softwareExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectivelyWork Exposure
