Lead Integration Developer Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Lead Integration Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, defining integration architecture, and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions using APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and a passion for building seamless, high-performance integrations across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions between internal systems, third-party platforms, and cloud services.
Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices in line with enterprise architecture.
Develop REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and middleware-based solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Apache Camel).
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate integration requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor and manage junior developers and oversee code reviews and quality assurance.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues,



and optimize workflows for efficiency and reliability.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance in all integration implementations.
Document integration processes, workflows, and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in integration development and architecture.
Hands-on experience with one or more middleware/integration platforms:
MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, WSO2, Informatica, or similar.
Solid proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).
Solid understanding of JSON, XML, XSLT, and data mapping techniques.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and API lifecycle management.
Familiarity with cloud integration services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
