Job Title: IT Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and operate audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and cameras.
Manage and monitor audio and video systems during live events, meetings, and recordings to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct pre-event testing and quality checks of all AV equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in a timely manner.
Operate and support video conferencing platforms and live streaming setups for virtual and hybrid events.
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all AV equipment to maximize longevity and performance.
Coordinate closely with event organizers, presenters,



and production teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AV support.

Skills & Competencies:
Robust technical knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure during live events
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience (Preferred):
Prior experience in AV setup, event support, or a similar technical role is desirable.
