Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Intern role based in Tiruppur. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding documentation. The role involves helping implement HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration,



and contributing to personnel management tasks under the guidance of senior HR team members. The intern will also assist in organizing HR-related events or trainings, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with HR databases or spreadsheets.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tiruppur and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
