Role & responsibilities
Lead quantity surveying activities for airport terminal building projects from tender stage to project completion.
Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
Administer contracts, evaluate variations, and process interim and final payment certifications.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and implement cost control measures.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, prepare work orders, and certify subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, and site execution teams on commercial matters.
Identify contractual risks, manage claims, and resolve commercial disputes in accordance with contract conditions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company commercial policies.
Prepare commercial MIS reports, cost analyses, and project financial performance reviews for management.
Drive value engineering, optimize project costs, and ensure timely commercial closure while maintaining quality and profitability.
