Role & responsibilities -
Student Counselling: Provide comprehensive, authentic, and personalized guidance to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities in the UK and various European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands).
Profile Evaluation & Shortlisting: Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial profiles to recommend suitable universities and programs.
Application & Process Management: Manage the complete application cycle, including compiling documents, drafting/reviewing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and ensuring error-free submissions to university portals.
University Liaison: Effectively communicate with university admissions teams and international representatives to track application status and secure offers.
Visa Guidance: Deliver meticulous guidance on visa regulations, financial documentation requirements (CAS, block accounts, sponsorships), and prepare students thoroughly for visa interviews.
Lead Conversion & Targets: Actively follow up on potential leads, convert inquiries into successful registrations,



and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
Market Knowledge Maintenance: Keep updated on changing immigration policies, visa rules, course structures, and post-study work prospects across the UK and Europe.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in overseas education counselling for the UK and Europe markets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Global education certifications are a plus).
In-depth Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UK universities, UCAS processes, European public/ private university structures, tuition structures, and specific visa processes (such as UK Student Visa, country-specific Schengen student visas).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to build immediate rapport and trust.
Sales Acumen: Solid convincing, negotiation, and student-retention skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online educational portals.
