AIA AI Manager / AI Architect

The Prospect

We are looking for an AI Manager / AI Architect with strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in building AI solutions (POCs or production). The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies, especially Agentic AI and LLM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Design scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures
Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows
Build POCs, prototypes, and iterate quickly
Work with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar
Understand enterprise data, quality, and governance
Strong understanding of model building, MLOps, and developing production-grade AI solutions
Proficiency in Python is required; experience with R, React, or .NET is an added advantage

Data & Analytics
Basic understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and async workflows

Team Collaboration




Work with cross-functional teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Contribute to learning and knowledge sharing

Skills and Attributes

Educational Background
Engineering or quantitative background preferred
Masters / MBA (good to have)

Qualified Experience
5 to 10 years in AI / data / digital transformation
Experience with LLMs / GenAI and building POCs
Robust learning mindset and curiosity

Technical Skills
Python
Basic data structures and algorithms
Understanding of LLMs, APIs, and RAG

Soft Skills
Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, highquality technical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities

Preferred Certifications
GenAI and LLM focussed, AI/ML, or data analytics certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Coursera, etc.)
