Roles and Responsibility
Ensuring the safety and security of hotel premises, including monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Conducting regular checks on hotel rooms and public areas to identify potential security risks.
Collaborating with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
Implementing and maintaining effective security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in security guard duties,



preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Solid problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex security situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with security equipment, including alarms systems and CCTV cameras.
