Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM framework.
Customize and enhance components using Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Packages, and SQL.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address requirements.
Write and optimize SQL queries for performance and data retrieval.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of existing systems.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities.
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
Ensure adherence to documentation and version control procedures.
Required Skills and Experience: Payroll Knowledge: Basic understanding of payroll processes, including taxes, earnings,
deductions, and insurances.
PeopleSoft Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and Component structure.
