About the Role

As a Credit Analyst based at our Dehradun office, you will support ARG Finance's Australian broking team with the end-to-end processing of residential mortgage applications. You will assess loan serviceability, assist with structuring and lender selection, prepare application files, and manage loans through to settlement all within Australian lending frameworks and compliance standards.

This is an office-based position. All team members are required to report to and work from our Dehradun office daily. The ability to work independently, stay disciplined with early start times, and manage your own workflow effectively is essential.

Working Hours
Daily start time: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday), reporting to our Dehradun office
Hours are aligned with Australian Eastern time (Melbourne) to ensure real-time collaboration with the Australian team, lenders and clients
Office facilities, systems and equipment are provided at the Dehradun office

Key Responsibilities
Assessing servicing and lender policy suitability for residential loan applications
Assisting with loan structuring and lender selection




Preparing and assisting with submitting loan applications via industry lending platforms
Liaising with clients, lenders and support partners in a skilled manner
Managing loan progression through to settlement, tracking milestones and outstanding conditions
Maintaining accurate records and meeting all compliance requirements
Delivering a high level of customer service at every stage of the loan process

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants should have 23 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:
Mortgage broking
Loan processing
Credit analysis
Banking or lending administration/support
Experience with mortgage broking platforms (AFG Flex, BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline, Quickli, lender portals, etc.)
Understanding of lender policies and servicing calculations
Experience with residential lending scenarios
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English (essential — daily communication with Australian clients, lenders and colleagues)
