Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years

Govik Industries Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. We are seeking a candidate with robust accounting knowledge, statutory compliance experience, hands-on experience with SAP Business One, and exposure to import-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day accounting transactions.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate banking transactions and documentation,



including Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and working capital-related activities.
Account for import purchases, Bills of Entry, customs duty, freight, and related expenses.
Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
Prepare MIS reports and financial schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, consultants, and logistics partners.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.

Requirements
B.Com (Mandatory); M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
8–10 years of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Experience in an import or manufacturing company is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
