Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
Provide coaching support to clients during training implementation.
Develop and implement effective training strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Evaluate training programs' effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements :
Proven experience in behavioral training, corporate training, or learning & development.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
Experience in designing and delivering high-quality soft skills training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training needs.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
