Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.
Research and build databases of prospective clients, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
Reach out to potential customers and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to increase conversions.
Manage and update lead information accurately in CRM or spreadsheets.
Execute outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
Track daily activities, campaign performance, and prepare lead generation reports.
Build relationships with prospects and understand their business or training requirements.
Stay updated with market trends and identify recent lead generation opportunities.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
02 years of experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and online research.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and lead management.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
