Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, informing retention marketing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Identify prospects for process improvements and implement changes to optimize retention marketing efforts.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in retention marketing or a related field,



with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling solid collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Experience with CRM software and other marketing automation tools is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
