Role & responsibilities
Run the centre end to end, from opening to shutdown technology, inventory, requirements
and outputs.
Meet the daily volume and output targets.
Maintain the workplace, hygiene and quality standards the produce needs.
Manage the team; track attendance and pass it to payroll.
Take daily reporting from the crew and assistant managers.
Manage and document the centre's monthly bills.
Own the direct relationship with farmers and aggregators, and check the quality and volume
they supply each day.
Handle verification and paperwork for farmer and aggregator payments; actual payments are
made by the Head Office.
Track and set the daily price, working with the Mandi Managers.
Report weekly on operations and meet with the wider team.
