Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from the management and hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
Coordinate offer roll-out and support the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports to the management.





Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently from home and meet hiring deadlines.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
1 3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Experience in bulk hiring or logistics recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Based in Guwahati.
Has a secure internet connection and a personal laptop.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
