Leading the Facility Management & Operations of Jaipur

Leading the Facility Management & Operations of External Business being provided prestigious external clients in Jaipur.

The Role comprises of management of Housekeeping, Horticulture, Security and Electrical, Civil and Plumbing function for Vatika Infotech City as well as for external business.

Taking Care of Customer Satisfaction Index for the company. Ensuring implementation of Processes & Systems for monitoring and upscaling the customer satisfaction levels.

Taking Care of Financial Index Budgets, Invoicing, Collections, and implementing Financial Controls.

Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve issues.

Arranging for Optimization of Service Level Efficiency for Staff and Vendor Partners via implementation of monitoring systems and SOPs.

Leading the implementation of Cost Saving Initiatives and Sustainability Initiatives for the company.

Leading the Training & Development & Associate Engagement Function for the company. Responsible for implementation of Safety Standards for the company.
