Senior Network Engineer / Network Architect (L4) to join our Skilled Services and Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise and data center network environments. This role requires a blend of:
50% Professional Services (Design, Architecture, HLD/LLD)
50% Managed Services (L3/L4 Support, Troubleshooting, Escalations)

Essential Criteria:
10+ years relevant industry experience
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure.
Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, NSE 5 / NSE 6 or equivalent are highly desirable.
Proven experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto or other major network hardware vendors.
Ability to resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud settings.




Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs).
Proficiency in firewall technologies and VPNs (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).
Experience with SD-WAN, ZTNA, and network segmentation.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, LogicMonitor).
Solid understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and DNS/DHCP.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in high-pressure or outage scenarios.
Solid documentation skills for network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
