We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Provide training and support to junior team members on revenue cycle processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle operations.




Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and revenue cycle metrics.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel or SQL.
