Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Protective Coating product portfolio.
Develop business opportunities across industrial plants, infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, manufacturing units, power, steel, cement, oil & gas, and institutional segments.
Identify, qualify, and convert current project opportunities through specification selling and relationship management.
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), EPC contractors, OEMs, fabricators, industrial customers, government departments, and key decision-makers.
Generate product specifications and ensure successful conversion into business.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to promote Protective Coating solutions.
Coordinate with the Technical Services team for site inspections, product trials, application support, and successful project execution.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and applicator networks to expand market coverage and improve product availability.




Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales orders while maintaining profitability.
Track ongoing and upcoming projects to maintain a solid sales pipeline and maximize business prospects.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide timely market intelligence.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales forecasts, project pipeline, and CRM/MIS reports.
Coordinate with Technical Services, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless order execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop business and strengthen customer relationships.
