Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
Attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and restore equipment within the defined response time.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
Conduct periodic inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, lubrication, and replacement of defective parts.
Complete testing and commissioning activities after repairs or installation.
Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and customer visit logs.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to EHS (Workplace, Health Safety) guidelines at all sites.




Coordinate with customers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Identify modernization or repair prospects and report them to the Service Sales team.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and support rescue operations whenever required.
