Mandatory:
5+ years hands-on development experience in SAP APM (Agent Performance Management), previously known as Callidus ICM (Incentive Compensation Management)
End to end implementation experience in SAP APM
Thorough understanding of core functionalities on SPM (Sales Performance Management)
Robust knowledge in PL/SQL
Added Skills:
Working experience in an ETL tool (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS etc.)
Experience in Python
Client and stakeholder management with robust communication skills
