Key Requirements:
Can lead discussion for end-to-end ITOM implementation for enterprise clients using ServiceNow ITOM
Infrastructure monitoring across servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms
Use of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, SCOM, Nagios) with ServiceNow
Collaboration with client DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure high availability and resilience
ITIL-aligned operations, incident response, and problem management
Implemented Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management




Created business service views for critical applications.
Enabled proactive outage prevention using AIOps insights
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience
IT Infrastructure Management (5+ years)
