Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements
Proven experience in customer care or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare specialists.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of healthcare services and products is desirable.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues.
Experience working with healthcare software and systems is an asset.
