About the Role

Lenskart is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead retail store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, experience in retail operations, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to improve performance and productivity.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales conversion, average bill value (ABV),



units per transaction (UPT), and customer satisfaction.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and minimize inventory losses.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and operational compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with regional and support teams for seamless store operations.

Eligibility Criteria
2–6 years of retail experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Lead role.
Experience in eyewear, fashion retail, apparel, footwear, electronics, or other organized retail brands is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage sales targets, team performance, and store operations.
