Role & responsibilities
Design & Drafting Prepare design drawings for HVAC and piping systems using AutoCAD & Revit. Assist in developing layouts for gas pipelines, ducting systems, and chilled water piping. Support preparation of technical submittals, BOQ, and tender documentation.
Engineering Calculations Perform heat load calculations, static pressure calculations, and duct sizing under guidance. Assist in the selection of HVAC components such as AHUs, VRF/VRV units, blowers, copper coils. Support material selection and system routing based on technical requirements.
Coordination & Collaboration Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate designs into overall project plans. Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams for design clarifications. Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and technical reviews as required.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain design documents, calculation sheets,



technical catalogues, and drawing records. Prepare reports, schedules, and progress updates for the Design Manager. Support quality checks and document control processes.
Site Support (As Required) Visit project sites to understand layouts, collect field data, verify design feasibility, and support design revisions. Assist in resolving design-related queries during installation and commissioning stages

Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD & Revit (MEP).
Knowledge of HVAC design basics, ducting layout, piping design, BOQ preparation.
Understanding of heat load calculation tools (HAP preferred).
Positive understanding of standard codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE) is an advantage.
