Position: CMM Standard Room Engineer
Department: Quality
Location: ICML Amb Plant
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspection using CMM and prepare inspection reports.
Develop and modify CMM programs (PC-DMIS/Calypso or equivalent).
Read engineering drawings and GD&T; for inspection.
Conduct first-off, in-process, final inspection, and PPAP validation.
Perform MSA, Gauge R&R;, calibration, and support root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plans.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Supplier Quality for dimensional issue resolution.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in CMM programming and operation.
Knowledge of PC-DMIS/Calypso/MCOSMOS.
Robust understanding of GD&T;, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and IATF 16949.
Positive analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
