JOB SUMMARY: RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT PRODUCTION IS HAPPENING AS PER PLAN, INVENTORY IS AVAILABLE TIMELY IN THE WAREHOUSE.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Review the production plan
Co-ordinate with planning team to ensure availability of material a week before the production
In case of material shortages, suggest planning team to adjust the plan accordingly
Pull the material from supply team / procurement team to ensure production continuity as per plan
Track the daily production achievement and ensure timely FG availability in warehouse
Suggest prospects for continuous improvement in productivity
Ensure that daily / weekly / monthly MIS is shared by the OEM
Monitor the OEM KPI trend
QUALIFICATIONS
B.E. (mechanical / production) with minimum experience of 5years in production.
Valuable communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications and especially Microsoft excel.
